I have been at Silver Lake for my whole career. I did my student teaching at Seaman Middle School, under Mr. Danny Miller. I had an amazing experience under Mr. Miller and it pushed me to continue on into the teaching profession. While at Seaman I volunteered as an assistant 7th Grade football coach for one year, before a I officially became part of the staff. I spent 3 years there before giving up the position for other opportunities at Silver Lake.
After my student teaching experience was over, I stayed at Seaman Middle School and became of full time subsitute, built the scenes for their Drama department, and continued as a coach for football and basketball.
I was married to my wonderful wife, Jena, in July of 2014. We were lucky enough to bring a healthy baby boy into the world in October of 2015,Bryden Dillon Brown. He loves watching basketball games and playing with his toys.
Jena and I are fortunate enough to live close to our families. My Mother and Father both live in Rossville, and Jena's parents still reside in her hometown of Junction City, Kansas. We both are huge family people and love spending time with them whenever we can.
